Dr Luigi Pancione and his team were wonderful. He shook my hand and introduced himself and made me feel less anxious. He explained the procedure and we spoke about Italy. Whilst carrying out the procedure he told me what he was about to do and what to expect. There was no doubting the confidence I had in his expertise. It was all over in ten minutes. He was funny, engaging and made the whole process easy for me.

I was very nervous at my appointment, Dr Pancione put my mind at ease the second he walked into the room. He explained everything to me in detail, making sure I understood what he was telling me. He didn’t make me feel rushed like so many others, instead listened and answered all of my questions. I felt completely safe in this doctors hands and will request him for any future procedures I might need.

Many thank for your very nice feedback. In my opinion introduce himself is a question of politeness. If you studied to become a Doctor you should know that introduce yourself is the first thing to do in front of a patient. In my opinion speak clearly and in a easy way with a patient is the first target to reach.
